I do not seem to need to magnetize my two new XV8s I received today. Both suits seem to work quite well with just popping what ever weps/wargear I want in without glue or magnets. They stay fairly well. Playing a short game (against myself, I cannot wait to move) one wep fell off...once..and that is only because the unit almost tipped over (I grabbed it in time).
Congrats on the new suits! Too bad you don't live near any of us, I certainly would play ya.
Maybe, we will see. Do any of you know anybody who lives around Omak Washington who plays Warhammer 40k?
Haha yeah. I am moving to Spokane in the fall. If you ever go to Spokane stop in at Merlyns on main....it is a pretty damn awesome store.
I live near there, except across the border, eh!
Actually, that's the same thing I do with my suits and they are painted. All you have to do is not paint the parts on the weapons that fit into the little holes. Don't paint the holes either. It works because those parts don't show when the weapon is mounted.
Check out my new blog! http://gamers-gone-wild.blogspot.com/
Nice...I really need to get an upgraded Drivers License...or just go through the mind numbing process of getting my passport...
Well if you ever come down to Omak to shop at our Wal-Mart shoot me a message on LO lol...I haven't gotten to play yet and it makes me a sad panda.
(Btw I am joking about the Walmart...we just get alot of Canadians here looking for deals )
Oh my god... merlyns!!! I bought my first box of space marines there 20 years ago after a friend of mine let me paint a marine and keep it... Brings back memories. Eat Zoatabits!
