Your points seem a bit off, especially with the boyz. I'd double check them all.
How many groups are the 80 boyz spit into? Each should be 20-30 and include a nob, powerklaw and bosspole, unless they're going in a trukk, but those trukks really need to go to the nobz and meganobz.
On that note, the meganobz really need combi-scorchas (and I usually only use 3-5), and the unit of nobz is WAY overloaded. Assuming that's where the warboss is going, I'd only use 6-7 with 2 powerklaws, painboy, cybork, waaaaaugh banner and bosspole. Although the warboss would probably work better with the meganobz, as it would allow you to give the unit a bosspole.
One of the nobz can be taken as a troop choice, thanks to the warboss, and you should, as it allows you them to claim objectives.
That battlewagon is way too overloaded. If you fire the killkannon, then you can't fire anything else, so I'd either make the killkannon the only gun, or give it one other gun as a backup. Also, if it moves a single inch, then you'll only be able to fire one gun. I'd drop everything off besides one big shoota, add grot riggers and a deffrolla (if you can make one), and use it as a transport for one of the groups of nobz, rather than as a shooty unit. It's aim is too poor for it to be effective that way.
The walkers all look fine the way they are. All I can add is that the deff dread could probably use grot riggers, to help keep it moving.
Have you checked out the topic in the 2008 Ork index called 'the basics'? If not, I'd give it a look see. A few people, including myself, put it together as a basic guide for Ork players.
In any case, good luck!
Either way is good. ^_^
