can you help me make and army list that makes 1500 pts and add any thing else that is worth getting plz thnx alot
well i dont have much time so im gonna make you a lisdt but you have to do points
first off get another biovore or 2 a normal carni and a zoan or 2
3x ren clw
3x scy tal
16 leaping scythe gaunts 1 pt less then hormagaunts same thing except WS is 1 lower
16 leapin scy tal
Old one eye
Hivefleet Omalancho 1/0/0 my current army
Personally I don't like lictors or warriors (but the models rock) because they die quickly. You might as well go with genestealers instead of a lictor or warriors because genestealers can do alot of damage. A genestealer squad could rip through even a landraider, and a squad of warriors with equal points would have a harder time. I only have three warriors in my army (they were the first things I got) but they can be helpful in the right circumstances. The problem with warriors is that they die easily due to their low toughness and horrible save(give them an extended caraspace).Lictors die quickly too, and they are almost always out numbered. The rest of your list is pretty good. Remember strength in numbers.
hmm lictors are very good, you just have to know how to use them, and i reckon there very very usefull against ranged armies like, eldar, guard and tau, if you get lucky with your hidden deployment, a lictor can be in assualt on your first turn, tying up units, blocking lines of site and causing you enemy to really worry...
yes lictors die, and gues what..there supposed to..i can see them beeing even more usefull now with the new rapid fire rules, yes lictors hardly ever kill there points worth of troops..but they aint there for that either..they are there to throw a spanner in your opponents battle plan, and to stop infantry fire blocks from happening, an 80 pts lictor often, stops a 300 pt brood of hormagaunts from being shot at once.
if i was up against guard, tau or a shooty eldar, i would rather have a lictor and a brood of stealers, than just 2 broods of stealers
Army of the heavens, my army waits in hell

Hivefleet Hades, you seem quite correct, I prefer genestealers but lictors can be used effectively. I haven't used lictors much, but I would recommend useing two together, this can destroy reasonably sized squads.
thnx but i changed my mind and i have 40 gaunts redy to make, 12 genestealers, lictor, 2 biovore, 1 zoan(only because i cnt be bothered to get another 1), hive tyrant, old one eye, 3 warriors, and 3 ripper swarms ( are they ny gd?)
try this, i think it is better than wat i was going to get.
im expecting to get a box set of gaunts soon.
Ripper swarms are very good. They may be slow, but with 3 wounds for only 10 points they are a bargain. I have only 5 but I would love to get more. In my army they are one of the best troops at slowing down the enemies forces. I would also recomend giving them the leaping ability if you have the extra points.
I, on the other hand, dislike Ripper Swarms. I'd much rather spend more points in Gaunts to ensure that the rest of my army reaches CC with less casualties.
To me, Rippers only seem effective as speed bumps for assaulting enemy units, and that simply does not fit into my tactics (since I rather assault my enemy first).
Yes, they can be useful, and some people find them effective. It's just that I don't.
