Im just wondering as to the bonuses to each of these armours. On the warboss stats, its cost 10 points to have a cybork body (a 5+ save) and only 5 points for 'Eavy Armour (a 4+ save), am I missing something or is it better to have the Eavy armour for 5 points less?

I say having both are worth while. But evay armour can be taking away very easliy from about 90% of the weapons in 40k today so its considered worthwhile taking cybork body even tho its only 5+ save since its invunable you will always get it reguardless. So its really your call in the end. I find having both are helpful.
Your Warboss will be going up against all sorts of meanies, and the ones that matter will have power weapons. Cybork body is mandatory for the invulnerable save, 'eavy armor is negociable.

===me=== is correct. Also, if your warboss is on a bike, it gives him a 4+ sv anyway, while the 5+ invuln will still be useful in close combat. As far as I'm concerned, it's a must have for a warboss, and comes even before the PK.
