Okay So i was reading the necron and tyranids codex. As we know Pariah get PSYCHIC ABNORMALITY rule which you know what it does. However while reading the nids codex it says that all nids are psykers, so does this rule effect nids?
Usually, no. Synapse means that nids will automatically pass all LD tests (other than psychic tests). So basically they are fearless. However, any other attacks that affect psykers but doesn't require a LD test will also affect synaptic tyranids (i.e. callidus/culexus attacks, Eldar Mind War, etc.)
PS - Only Tyranids with the Synapse special rule and Zoanthropes are psykers.

I think biovores, Raveners, lictors and MAYBE stealers still have to take LD... i might be rong so dont take me 100% but correct me if im rong.
and is there a range on synapse? do the other nid units have to be near a zoanthrope or tyrant to get the effect?
My Tomb Kings Project
Let's just do this right for all the Tyranid units.
Units that must take IB tests outside synapse(non-fearless/no Brood Telepathy): All Gaunts, Raveners, Gargoyles, and Zoanthropes without synapse creature.
Units immune to IB due to Brood Telepathy: Biovores and Genestealers
Units immune to IB due to Fearlessness: Lictor, Carnifex, Ripper Swarms, and Spore mine cluster.
All others are Synapse Creatures and thus cannot be outside of synapse range.
Also note that only Tyranids that actually have a psychic power are considered psychers for game purposes. This is stated inside the box on pg. 31 titled "Hive Mind Powers"
