What is the weakness of double seer council?
id say mainly terminators low armor save good amount of attaks.
I think killing seer councils is easy you just got to rapid fire them to death try to use ap2,3 or send a low armor save unit with a 2+ save at them and some power weapons in there.
A good strategy would be to put a squad (or two since your talking about 2 councils) as bait let them attak and kill that squade or what ever and then poor in on them with your army with alot of rapid fire (not template weapons thats just a waste because they got fortune)
You have to remember 2 seer councils is like half or more than half of that persons army so its ok if you use a turn rapid firing everything you got to kill those 2 squads.
Also if you play a hord army i was think of this for example take 30 ard boys unit with a nob with power claw ( you cannot target a nob or any squade leader like exarches in a squade they have to be the last ones dead<< this doesnt apply for hq's that join squads) and try to not get hit by the destructers their ap4. Charge them try to shoot before charging if you can and they should die from all the wounds or if they manage to survive well then you tarpitted them because seer councils are small which means not too many wounds from witch blades.

same strengths and weaknesses of a single council but now there is far less to support them. If they are on foot just pour fire into them. on bikes getting some termies into combat with them would work wonders.
