2nd turn he shot my trukk, ramshakeled 4" away from the lord with demonic weapon who assaulted alone rolled for 7 attacks, plus base attacks, 7 wounds, 1 cybork save, 6 die, (two died by terminator shooting )the nob and painboy fail LD, painboy takes a wound failed again, roll to break combat, and they are slaughtered
the csm lord with demonic weapon killed 330pts by himself and effectively won him th game turn twowe did play 1 other turn, and the lord was killed by the big mek kff (burna and squig) and then the unit got wipedout by kharn and the berserkers and the csm's

Why the 1 deffkopta?
Theyre pretty useless if theyre in squads of 3 or less.
Id take those points and pump it into your other units. (combi-flamers for the knobs maybe?)
I find the key with playing against chaos is to focus all your killyness on 1 or two targets a turn.
Us the boys to lure his power units into CC, then charge the knobs (and everything else) in.

The secret to beating Chaos, and possibly the secret to beating all MEQ opponents, is to team units up against them. Never throw one Ork unit at one Marine unit. The Orks will never win cleanly. Oh, they might win, but not after suffering huge casualties. Instead, Send two units or moe, each with at least one powerklaw in them, at each enemy. The only limitation should be how many models you can fit around the enemy.
Remember: one trukk of slugga boyz isn't very effective, but two trukks of slugga boyz can annihilate nearly anything. In the same spirit, one unit of lootas is alright, but two units is fantastic. One unit of 20-30 shoota boyz is good, but two of those units are fantastic!
In other words, when playing as the Orks, always field as many full units as possible before you spend extra on special leaders, nob mobz, and the like. We're a horde. We have to act like one. ^_^

Also, your nobz have 2 wounds each, so 6 wounds should kill 3, not 6.
Powerklaws are absolutely necessary to damage enemy vehicles and get rid of powerful enemy characters.
Land raiders are very difficult to get rid of. If you face Khorne (who has little shooting), maybe a boss with klaw and mega-armor would work better.
