    Death incarnate is too cool

I'm to scared to build my Nightbringer. It's the coolest model i've ever had and i can see that my highlighting skills is insufficient. Could someone please give me a kick in the ass and tell me what i need to do?

Erm, I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you need painting/modeling advice?

i have a deciever in the mail right now and was planning on making a thread because my own highlighting and blending skills are non-existant

do us both a favor and go make a c'an painting thread in the painting forum to get some questions answered about blending such large robed areas

Now i've used the whole afternoon, assembling and painting it. I'm pretty satisfied with my first try at highlighting, even though it's not the best model i've ever seen yet.

    Thank you, Camarodragon.

Try using a glossy sealer (if you use acrylics) it'll make him glow and shine a little.

then watch him smile as he works out that with a Ctan in a 1K army you can't have that many troops and phasing you out will be so much easier

Or he's playing chaos, and hits your NB with a roll of a 6 on a gift of chaos. Then laughs as you storm out of the room and go cry somewhere.
