Welcome to Librarium Online!
Well, i just finished putting together over 200 Orks, and all i have to say is..... WOW!
My plan was to run 6x30 Boyz /Nob/PK/BP, Warboss PK, and 15 Lootas as a 1500 point army.
But after assembling the army, it just seems rediculously numerous.
Not really looking forward to painting every single model either. Thank god for dipping!
How do people go actually playing with 200 models in a game?
The movement phase must be rediculous.
Chaos - 11W 0L 0D
Orks - 8W 0L 0D
Tyranids - 8W 0L 0D
two words. Movement trays.
PM me about Aurora Prime Vassal fights! Willing and ready!
Old CDs work well, or the free CD disks they give away in stores, next to the register, for AOL and such. This allows you to move groups of Orks at a time.
In any case, I'd definitely devise some system, because you'll never be able to move them quickly enough to be competitive in a tournament or serious game, and in friendly games you'll drive everyone crazy.

it would be a good way to fillibuster in competitions
Putting them in a rank and file usually helps. Measure and move the first row, move the other rows trying to maintain formation. And learn to pick up and move models quickly.
I don't see how movement trays would work, maybe my local gaming group just uses too much area terrain.
Do you believe in the day? Do you? Believe in the day!
