Welcome to Librarium Online!
I have a whole bunch of extra Warriors that I don't need, and I want to turn them into Immortals instead of paying out the ass for them. Has anyone seen this done before? If you have a link to a guide or you have an idea of how to do it, I'd love to see. I'm fine with using 2 Warriors for every 1 Immortal, because I can use any spare bitz for cybork bodies and whatnot.

This is something I've been meaning to do as well, I've even set aside some warriors specifically for this.
I found quite a good guide here Work In Progress -> Warriors To Immortals , but it focuses more on the Flayed Ones you can make from the second warrior rather than Immortals alone. Looks a bit fiddly in any case, which is why I've got some spare just to practice on.
Yes, it's been done plenty of times. And DARN effective too! The trick people do is with 12 warriors you can make 6 immortals and 6 flayed ones (since you end up short some flayers). HOWEVER, I totally used 10 warriors and bought some BITS of flayers on ebay allowing me to do all 10 with no flayed ones. Worked great.
Here is the BEST article for conversion I've ever seen.
Also, here's a sample of the ones I did...I didn't do the depth of the article above and I haven't finished the shoulders and I plan to add some guitar wire feeding into the assault flayer, but still happy with the turn out. Shows you what a real immortal looks like, and the ones I have done so far (without my last 2 fixes.) Also since I took this pic, I CUT the top axe and top cable you see sticking up. Looks MUCH better now (no recent pics though)
