I've trid to find some tactics using the Doc, but have found none. What do you guys use with Doc when you field him? Feel free to redirect me to another thread.
Mad Dok Grotsnik? I don't play Orks myself, but my first inclination is to put him with a large mob of Boyz. FNP for free on 30 models? Yes please! Imagine you are charging across the field with that unit. The enemy is going to pound on it like always, but this time you're waving off half the unsaved wounds. If you use that as a front line meatshield, you can charge with everything behind getting a cover save, and it's going to take too long for the opponent to wipe out the fearless meatshield. You'll already be on top of them with a lot of Greenskins.

The Above works well in low points battles where there is next to no chance it will ever be stopped. People also say he works good with Mega-Nobz to get them 5++ and FNP, something they can't normally get.
If you call it a Missile launcher, then it'll never hit anything.
100% of people who aren't Karmoon know Saraneth is invincible.
I find that it works best to throw him into a big group so they benefit from that FNP and then toss those guys in a vehicle to get them across the board. Even with FNP a big squad can be whittled down so that you end up only getting to assault with 10 boyz. Against armies like the SMs who get a 3+ save that might not be enough attacks to kill them all.
Meganobz sounds evil. Can you direct Doc's unit (transport or non) by placing another unit in the way, i.e. so that it would be farther away to go around friendly unit than to attack 'next' farthest enemy unit?
I personally run him with 30 grotz. I have done this several times and it never fails to give a laugh or three. No one wants to take it seriously, but once it gets close they can't ignore it either.
the issue you run into is the good doktor's mob is going to run directly at the nearest unit until they hit the bak of the intervening unit. to "direct" them you would have to do some awful creative things with squad placement...
