If you are like me and have been scouring the codex for really cool and over powering combos then you have probably noticed that Tyranid warriors now have access to power weapons. Not only that, but if you equip them with toxin sacs they always wound on 4+. Also, if your target has a toughness of 4 or less then you get rerolls. Its an expensive unit to run, but they are well worth it.
Now unless you like running proxies, how do you come up with a bunch of appropriately sized boneswords? Answer: Scything talons. All you need to do is separate the talon at the wrist and then turn it 180 degress and glue it back on. You can also use the over sized scything talons from the warriors box to make bone sabers for a Swarm Lord.
The 3rd ed monsrous Scytals make some really nice scimitar-like swords: Just cut of part of the front (the non-cutty/slashy side, at the first groove), turn the scytal around, sharpen it a bit by running your Hobby knife along the new blade, attach to arm of choice. Done, and looks suitably badass... Hehe.
Id upload a pic, but neither have I got a c amera, nor a (working) phone...

"Better to crush an ant with a boulder, than flick lazily at it, possibly miss, and then have it bite you in the ass." The Awakened One
A friend of mine used the bone-swords from the old, tiny 1st Ed Hive Tyrants. They're all the same arm, so making pairs is a tad difficult, but they're the right size for a warrior, and is an actual bone-sword, so it looks right =D.
As for conversions, I think a conversion this simple just won't look right, it'd take more effort to push the whole appearance of the sword away from 'upside-down talon'ness. A pinch of greenstuff applied right would work a charm, or an oversized powersword filed flat and re-shaped a little would work too. Up to whoever wants the bone-sword I guess.

Cut the top bit off a spinefist, then take a scything talon and bend it so its strait then glue it on top of the spinefist. simple.

I'm actually thinking of just creating one from plasticard and greenstuff. I absolutely adore the bone sword on the tyrant, so that's what I'm aiming for.

Ive had to get a bit inventive with the paint scheme on my bonesword prime, and when i do get warriors, theyll get the same treatment.
Basically ive just used a set of tallons, but ive painted them in something similar to the power feild from the Space Hulk WD masterclass.
Looks surprisingly effective and its very clear they arnt a pair of tallons.
