I have a few questions regarding the Tervigons.
Q.1) When Tervigons are allowed to be taken as a troops choice, can they take objectives?
Q.2) All spawned Termagant broods can take objectives, correct?
Q.3) Does the Tervigon have to spawn Termagants when allowed to (I am asking this because of Q.4)
Q.4) Does Termagants that are spawned by the Tervigon count as a kill point each?
And this last one is sort off about opinion:
Q.5) Would replacing 3 warriors and 3 raveners for a Tervigon be worth it in a 2000 point game? The list can be found here: http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...00-points.html - Please don't reply unless somethings really bugging you. Its a dead thread. The final list found at my second last post.
Thanks for any replies!
yesQ.2) All spawned Termagant broods can take objectives, correct? It says "tervigon can spawn termagaunts..." can and may mean it is optional.Q.3) Does the Tervigon have to spawn Termagants when allowed to (I am asking this because of Q.4)yes. A termagaunt unit spawned is treated in all ways as if selected as a troops selectionQ.4) Does Termagants that are spawned by the Tervigon count as a kill point each?

I guess it depends on what your goal is. If you feel you need more gaunts running around to cap, shoot and cause mayhem then yes. If your warriors and raveners serve a specific role that you can't accomplish without them then no.
Personally my 2K list doesn't have any tervigons. IMHO just taking one isn't worth it. If you want them for the gaunt spamming ability, take 2-3 to ensure you get the gaunts out there. One tervigon is a fire magnet.
