Welcome to Librarium Online!
I played Dawn of War before I started the tabletop game, so the idea of a female farseer is very much ingrained in my brain. To that end, I want to convert one for my small eldar force.
Does anyone have any suggestions for good models to base it on?
The only female eldar model I can think of that might work would be a howling banshee.
Use a fantasy elf caster and convert that, its more farseer like with robes, and easily convertable.

or you could always green stuff some breasts on a model.
Eldar -APOC- 6500 Points
Chaos Daemons -Fate Crusher- 3500 Points
Grey knights - 1000 Points
I played Dawn of War before I got into the tabletop too, and I always address my farseers as ladies, even though there's no physical description on the actual farseer models. They're wearing runes and robes after all, so I think you can imagine them either way. But convert away! Be sure to post the finished lady once she's done though so we can see you're handy work.
I'm pretty sure the Farseer models where made to be unisex. I never actually thought about converting them even though my fluff says they're twin sisters. hmm, thats embarassing.
Find some suitable heads, green stuff lots of very long hair on, add in an awesome pose, and you're done. Craftworld Anagantieth (my custom one) has one male Farseer who is the leader and then an under-Farseer who is female and looks equally awesome. The male Farseer used lots of different parts based on a Bonesinger body while the female one used parts from three different Warlocks, a random head I found in my bitz box, and lots of Green Stuff. Neither was easy, but they turned out stunning.
