So, I started gathering parts for this project about a month ago. And due to me being lazy and moving, I just now finished it. I feel a bit silly now making a bigger killa kan now that the sweet new plastic ones are out. And here he is! I have named him King Killa.
I'm thinking about seeing if I can use special rules for him in casual games. Nothing amazing, basically just a killa kan w/ grotzooka, but doubled. Double attacks, make the super grotzooka shoot 4 times, and give it 12/12/10 armor. And making it cost 100 pts (instead of the 90 that would cost to actually run two killa kans)
So, thoughts, suggestions?
Well the grot zooka shots out random stuff so i would make a plug for that giant gun and haveit full of knives wrenchs metel bits bolters darn near anything stick a loader grot or two on the top of the gun (grots holding random crap) the ammo runt from the nobz comes to mind and stick a lil reload box on it near the gun and some bits on the bace where stuff has fallin out.
THIS LOOKS AWSOME BY THE WAY
i would let you do it i would even let you conect it to a unit of kans
That is nice. I mean frightening, actually.
It's always better to adapt rules rather than try to create new ones. I'd use him as a deff dread, only with grotzookas for guns. Normally this isn't allowed, but it shouldn't be a major stretch of the rules. I'd say 95 points is fine (75 = base cost of the deff dread, +10 points for each grotzooka).
