I took some pictures of my Arrakis/Dune desert planet themed Tau force. All comments are welcome:

    very nice

reminds of my own because they are so smooth!

lotsa thin coats? thats what i do to get a even smooth finish, but id like to hear what you do if it's different

are you hesitant to highlight, or not planning to? i was worried about highlighting at first because i thought i would loose my smooth finish, but if you keep a thin edge highlight with thin paint, you get a great look

Nicely painted bro! Always good to field a fully painted army.

Thanks man. I will be highlighting, eventually. Right now I'm just trying to make as much as possible table ready, then I'll go back and highlight the flat color areas (bleached bone and bestial brown). For the bleached bone areas I'll probably highlight with 50/50 skull white and bleached bone. Any color suggestions for highlighting the bestial brown?

Very solid work. I like it a lot.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
