A first ever battlereoprt, and a firstever game with the Dark Eldar,
Combat Patrol 400 points
We ignored the no 2+ save rule to our both advantage (his idea)
Dark Eldar Kabal of the Viper
(Shadow Field, Destructor, Scissorhands)
2* Raider Squad
5 Dark Eldar Warriors (blaster + splinter cannon)
3 Reaver Jetbikes
11 Fire Warriors
3 Stealth Suits
The Vipers emerged out of the webway and entered at the 1 side, after which the Tau deployed
First Turn, the raiders move 12" forward, within fire range of some cool stuff, and so did the Haemonculus Bike Squad (who happened to have +1WS)
Though my second raider (opposite to the stealt suits) nor the jetbike squad could harm the stealthies, my first raider blew up the Broadside with one lucky shot, however the firewarriors now were looking at it closely.
In his turn the Firewarriors blew the gunboat out of the sky, but failed to harm the Warriors inside, in meanwhile the bikesquad lost a reaver and sir Duriel failed his shadowfield, that shimmered one last time before falling out to the stealthsuits.
Second turn, the other raider and it's inhabitants managed to kill the stealthsuits for once and for all, while the haemonculus and remaining reavers charged into the firewarriors, but alas, through some trickery of Slaanesh, the firewarriors gained superhuman strenght for a moment and killed the whole squad after beiing reduced to 5 at a rain of splinter and destructor fire, including from the now stranded squad.
His second turn, he tried to kill the other guboat but failed miserably
Third turn, the second gunboat came along and the following hail of fire eliminates the remaining fire warriors, or rather rendered them incapable so they could be dragged back at the remaining gunboat, though there are only 10, places, we could happily store them at the improvised slave snares
I hoped you guys liked it
That Tau list looks a bit light, about 100 or so points light.
Assuming there were no upgrades you didnt list the Tau force comes to 270pts, even with a fe here and there it seems unlikely that it totalled 400.
Other than that it was a good writeup, although some pictures would've helped, even just one of deployment would be good, since the game is small we can remember the relations between units and terrain more easily than a full sized game with dozens of units and vehicles on a larger table over 5-7 turns.

you're right, I think I messed up the Fire Warriors numbers (which would be why they survivided the reaver attacks)
and they took sergeants on everything they could

the Stealth suits stood atop a hill, and between the raiders/ Haemonculus squad stood trees.
(I chose this side so he could not put himself in cover)
game was thursday, unfortunatly I had no camera :s
