I am assembling a "Kill Team" type of Tau Squad for a mini campaign with some friends and I am thinking about using a Digital Camo scheme for the plate armor, and then black for fabric.
Do you guys think that having dig-camo on the right and left shoulders and leg pads, as well as chest, and maybe helmet would be too much? I am really just wondering what you guys think?
It might be hard to paint, but would look very cool if well executed. Plain grey camo might be a lot easier (because unlike Digital camo, it isn't little squares)
As far as the Digital camo goes, this:
Terminator armor going critical would be like Three Mile Island only very, VERY angry, and carrying a hammer.
LO rules in a nutshell: Don't post unit costs, be polite, rep posts containing of win.
I would suggest just painting one up. Nothing does it like actually being able to see the end result. However, the idea sounds pretty good.
- Never underestimate the power of human stupidity.
dude! that sounds awesome!!! and actually very tau lol. what kind of colour were you thinking?
