I was thinking about giving Cronos a try but was wondering about some of his rules.
Since units in transports cannot be targeted (as far as I know) does that mean Cronos cannot give pain tokens to units inside a raider? Because this rule might limit the cronos a bit since I kinda like to use lots of raiders.
...Ah the old "is the unit really there?" argument. For this one I would go with no (tyranid doom of malanti not effecting untis in vehicles as pseudo-presidence)... but let the debate ensue!
If Eldar Farseers can throw psychic candy out of a vehicle with no firepoints, then I'm fairly certain the Cronos can give some painful candy to units in Raiders. The Cronos' rules don't even require you to target anything, just to pick a unit that is within a certain distance; exactly like the forementioned psychic candy from a Farseer.
The meat things seek to destroy ourselves. They hunt us as we hunt them but they are weak and uncertain. Bring them understanding of the power of ourselves through our strength and their fear. The inferior flesh will be entirely destroyed, all fragments will be smashed. Ourselves will fight to the last, all weak flesh must be consumed
Guess all we can hope for is an errata in favor of us Dark Eldar. The other option would cause no end of laughing and/or bitching as people comment on the blocking ability of flimsy railings =P
It's open-topped, so why not? The pain token goes through the sunroof. </fluff>
