Welcome to Librarium Online!
Working on a model display cabinet and hoping to add some captions to explain what the models/units are. Anyone know where I can find a typable font? I'd settle for an imperial gothic font of some sort if necessary.
Also looking for some wallpapers of orky scenes. The plan here is to take the images and paste them on the inside walls of the cabinets to make it look like orky stuff happening in the background. Any ideas? I may also just go for a collage of orky stuff using online images, old white dwarfs and rule books and such, just cut out images or print and download.
I don't know any specific links off the top of my head... but Google will be your best friend.
If you google "free font" you'll get dozens of links. You will have to wade through them, but will probably find what you want.
Google for "40K wallpaper" or "Ork wallpaper" and you'll find a few. Ork specific stuff is tough... I have a couple at home on my Linux PC but most are SM pics.
You could also color scan pics from the Codex and use those? Or if you don't have a scanner or want to pay Kinkos to do it... take digital pics and print them.
Yes, I'm thinking that finding some wallpapers won't be too tough, though it might be more fun to hack apart all my old white dwarfs, rulebooks, and print some stuff out and just make a sweet collage
Ork font I could only find one, and its all glyphs (unreadable by humans) so I may just have to freehand it, as no one else seems to have any knowledge of one.
