Banner by me.
After assualt on black reach I bought a trukk, very useful for getting up close, after that I bought some killa kanz and have now gone on to buy some grotz. As everyone will say more boyz will be needed eventually but for the now you would be okay. Another couple of ideas are stormboyz or lootas.
I bought more boyz... then a box of Nobz. The five that come with AoBR are fine, but no bosspoles or power klaws... you get several of each in a Nobz kit... plus more Nobz! Nothing rips through a squad of marines like a mob of kitted up Nobz with a Waaagh! banner. Kitbash a painboy to run with the mob and give them all Feels No Pain!
A trukk or two is a good idea, or a battlewagon?
More boyz is always good.
Have you considered a mob of bikes? Or more Koptas? I used pieces from a big choppa and a Terminator arm to put a buzzsaw on one.
Another HQ choice... Big Mek or a weirdboy?
Lootas are awesome, I enjoy them.
Maybe gretchin? those little grots come in very handy on many occasions!
Did I mention more boyz?
A big squad of shoota boyz are more effective than you might think, I run a mob of 30 - including the Nob with PK and twin linked shoota... plus I added more slugga boyz and a Nob to my AoBR set to make squad of 30 of those too.
The answer is more boys. If all you have is assault on black reach, you have a mere 20 boyz. This is not even enough for one footslogging unit, which it is generally agreed should be 30 strong. If you bought a battlewagon for them you could transport a unit of 20 but its more important to get more boyz. The core of almost every ork army is several large units of boyz, either mounted in trukks or wagons or on foot. As Bobby said, a box of nobz is useful. It gives you a bunch of powerklaws, bitz, and the ability to combine your existing AoBR nobz with the new ones (equiped with bosspole, some klaws, and perhaps a waaagh banner). A unit of 10 is very useful and can count as a scoring unit because of your warboss. Most players prefer to give them trukk or battlewagon transports, but again, filling out boyz units is essential. Form your scoring core of orks first, then add more goodies. Pretty much all of the other ork choices range from fantastic to mediocre, but all can be used and function well. Walkers, transports, bikers, whatever fits your theme, playstyle, and model choice. But get those boyz first!
On more boyz....
You can routinely find the boyz sprue's on ebay (from the multipart boyz box) for cheap. Many people buy the battleforces and part them out (the battleforce comes with 2 boyz kit sprue's).
Additionally, there is always someone on craigslist selling 60+ boyz for cheap. Sometimes even painted!
