Let us know how you equip your Scorpion Exarch and why?
The scorpion chainsword is always with your exarch.
As for his second special CC weapon (the S Chainsword is a special CC weapons because it modify stats beeing +1S) i ussualy take the claw because of the utility of PW attacks.
Keep in mind you can switch between the 2 special weapons any time at the begining of a combat phase and choose what weapon to use in that phase.
Biting Blade replaces the chainsword.
But I usually arm him with the Scorpion's Claw and outflank with a unit of 7 + Exarch.
vs non-MEQ I do like the Chainsabres.
At the beginning of turn 1, I spray my opponent's army with the bacon flavored spray. Then I unleash my Boston Terrier Squiggoth who then devours their entire bacon flavored army! There is no defense against her cuteness! All are doomed!
For lists that aren't tailored for a specific foe I think the claw wins hands down. You really want that strength and armor bypass.
However note that you can have a biting blade AND a claw. With the new weapon rules that doesn't cost you an attack with the claw, so really it's just a points issue.
You'd want to bust out the biting blade when you really want that higher initiative, when desperate (dred), or when smacking up a vehicle where you get the autohits in order to lay down some high strength attacks.

My compiled thoughts blog.
If someone posts something helpful +rep them
Which one do I take? Hmm...tough one. I have used all of them and had great results with each but if I suppose it depends on what roll you want your exarch to fill.
Anti-horde Id go chain sabres.
Anti-vechile biting blade.
Anti-mc scorpions claw.
I suppose if you wanted a good all rounder the scorpions claw is the best since you get to keep you scorpion chainsword as well so you can use what you need.
I very rarely take my Exarch with something other than the Claw. Those power weapon attacks are too good to pass up, even if they go last.
Chain sabers, reroll to hit and wound with lots of attacks. Great against everything that isn't T6.
