Am I missing something or does the lootas sprew not come with the arms to hold either the Big shoota or Rokkit launcha??
I dont think it does - not that i ever made them from the loota set.
When i do it i make the 4 lootas and mek and then use 4 normal boys chop their arms off and make the burners with the weapons - i think i could have done the same with the big shotta too

Don't worry too much. After you start building up an army, you tend to have an excessive amount of big shoota's around.
Remember you don't "have" to use a big shoota to represent one. You can easily make one out of 2 shoota's, or 4 slugga's.
For the slugga's, slice the barrel tip off one, and the end off the other. Glue them together to make something roughly as long as a shoota, or a bit longer (this is what I used as shoota's for my shoota boyz). Do this twice, and glue them together. Ta da! Now you have a weapon which could be...
1) A big shoota
2) A flashgitz gun
3) A loota gun.
