At the beginning of turn 1, I spray my opponent's army with the bacon flavored spray. Then I unleash my Boston Terrier Squiggoth who then devours their entire bacon flavored army! There is no defense against her cuteness! All are doomed!
I love the WraithSeer kit, it looks BADASS! Would it not fantastic if it made it into the next codex as an HQ or something? If it can use a phychic spell or 2 as well then it would be seriously, my favourite new toy! And what about that thing on its left arm? Could that possibly be a forceshield? A Wraithlord with an invunerable save, one of my wildest dreams come true.
I've been reading little things about Corsairs armies from here and there but I have not really got much of an idea how they affect 40k. Does anyone know anything about them or is it possibly some juicy little number they have for the new Eldar codex for when they eventually get round to doing?
As someone who loves the wraith units and actually fields Wraith Guard, I have to say that is the coolest thing I've seen in a long while! I might actually have to order one and I never order FW stuff. This may be an exception o.o Are there rules for it?
Is that a Shimmershield? A WL with an Invul save? Have my dreams come true? o.o

I am jealous. Why are eldar getting all the nice, new toys? And from Forgeworld?!?
Guess I'm just going to have to sit and brood. All I'm getting is a new codex and army.
Record: Win - Loss - Draw: Hive Fleet Pandora (New) 32-6-6 Space Wolf 7th Co. 52-11-6
Blood Angels 12-4-2 Daemonhunters 20-8-3

I love the new warlock wraithlord but those corsairs... I dunno. I am not too familiar with the fluff background but back in the rogue trader days, Eldar "pirates" were much more like irregulars. These new forgeworld guys are just too uniform for my taste. In the 4th edition rulebook there was a cool Eldar kill team. See the picture.
Wraithseer is now up on the forgeworld site.
185 points, same statline as a GK dreadnight with the added bonus of S10, T8, and rerolls to hit in close combat.
3+ armour, 5+ invulnerable, can buy one ranged weapon from the wraithlord list (except shuricat) or a d-cannon.
The seer and wraithguard units within 12" don't test for wraithsight, in addition they knock a point off of any cover saves taken by enemy models that they shoot at.
Also comes with three psychic powers, can use one at the start of each round without LoS
1) 18", force moral test at -1 or break
2) Pick a wraithlord or wraithguard unit within 12" to get fleet
3) Pick a wraithlord or wraithguard unit within 6", any models killed get straight back up again on a roll of 6 on a D6
The restrictions are that you must take at least one unit of wraithguard, and that the seer takes up an HQ slot but does not count as your mandatory HQ - so you need a second HQ unit.
Meh, pretty average rules. The anti-cover effect is cool, but the psychic powers are pretty meh.
This may be the first Frogeworld model I consider actually getting. Super Heavy tanks seem like a waste as they're only used in big games but this Wraithseer looks quite useful. I like it.
Fleet for Wraithguard is useless but would be nice for a Wraithlord.
