So I just got myself a falcon and I was putting the thing together, but there is a problem with the cock pit. If I try and put the little pilot in, then the top does not close properly on the bottom part because the pilot is in the way. Has anybody else had problems putting a falcon together?
I had that problem once and it turned out the pilots legs weren't in the right position and rode up a bit in the seat so you might check that. Also given how little you can see of the pilot once inside you could reduce the bottom half of his torso to help him fit. The only other thing I can think of is if the hull might be slightly mis-aligned.

The instructions for Eldar vehicles say to glue the pilot cockpit section to the bottom part, but I've always seen this causes problems, so I usually position the canopy and line everything up and glue the cockpit to the top part.
