    3 courts, 1 list?

By taking Nemesor Zandrekh and Obyron, can you include 2 royal courts for 1 Hq choice? Does this mean that 3 solar pulses in an army is possible?

One of those characters doesn't count as a HQ choice if you have the other, so you can only take 2 courts max.

Specifically, the Royal Court entry does not list Obyron as a unti that allows a Court. It lists all the other Overlords by name.
There are three types of people in this world -- those who can count, and those who cannot.
