Imotehk The Stormlord
Orikan The Diviner
Anrakyr The Traveller
Trazyn The Infinite
What is the best HQ in your opinion and why? I'm kind of leaning toward Nemesor Nahndrekh for his ability to take enemy abilities away and give abilities to your own units.

I think this poll is really a bit too broad. The Necron Codex is set up to provide lots of synergy and combos between various units and it's difficult to say "which is best" purely in a vacuumm. There is no best HQ choice, it all depends on the rest of your army.
That said, for sheer value in terms of points, I think Anrakyr is an excellent all-round choice. Nemesor Zahndrekh also has the capacity as a force multiplier to be very good indeed, depending on the army and the opponent.
I voted Anrakyr. He is not an uber-hero super-HQ unit, but when compared to his point cost he is quite awesome. I mean he basically pays 35 points for Counter-Assault, Furious Charge, Pyrrhian Eternals and Mind in the Machine. Thats quite a bargain.
Revenant Moon Necrons: (W/L/D) 0/1/0 (6th edition: 13/2/2)(5th edition: 14/6/4)(3rd edition Codex: 16/4/7)
XIX Legion: (W/L/D) 0/0/0 (5th edition: 14/12/2)(5th edition Codex: 4/3/0)
Black Legion: (W/L/D) 1/0/0 (6th edition: 2/3/0)
Something Wicked... Reikwald Beastmen: (W/L/D) 10/4/1
I think we can all agree Orikan is the worst. I voted Zandrekh though, his give and take abilities is pimpin.
I like Trazyn the best just because of how often he comes back, plus being able to claim objectives. But really, I couldn't pick out one of the batch and say that he's just plain superior.
Nemesor Zandy all the way. I calculated it out, and a generic Overlord with the same wargear as Zandy costs only 5 points less than he does, and Zandy comes with the awesome special rule shenanigans. Totally worth it.
As for most powerful? Eh, I don't know, depends what kind of list you're going for. As for my two favorite: Standard Overlord and Anrakyr.
The Royal Court is golden, so that leaves us with Imotekh, Zahndrekh, Anrakyr, Trazyn and the vanilla Overlord.
All you really want from Imotekh and Zahndrekh are the Storm (maybe Hyperlogics) and USR manipulation, but in the end you pay for a bunch of wargear aswell.. 2+/3++ is good of course, but without a weapon that ignores saves they still can't hold their own in combat, soeh.. yeah..
Trazyn have a funky weapon (that again doesn't ignore saves.. ), don't see much use outside lists tailored for anti-swarm Orks or Nids..
Anrakyr is fairly cheap and comes with a Warscythe (at last!) and the Mind in the Machine which is pretty cool, albeit rather situational as it depends entirely on what the opponent fields, don't care much for the Arrow and USRs he gives.
In the end I see myself going with a Warscythe-wielding Overlord most of the time, maybe in a Barge.. So that's what I went for in the poll. I will be trying out Imotekh though as I really like his Storm and I think it has quite the potential.. Occasionally I might also opt for Anrakyr if I happen to have 65pts left.
I went anrakyr for the sheer amount of damage he can do to tanks in 1 turn. He can potentially destroy over 3 tanks per turn, while not in apocalypse. Sweep (1), tachyon arrow (2), mind in the machine (variable), and assault (3). All with reasonable changes of ownage

I said Trazyn because of his ability to wound all the models of the same type in close combat, and the fact that he is scoring. However, it really depends on what style of army you are going for.
