Can you use a Chronometron to reroll the Storm Lord's roll for extending night? The roll takes place at the beginning of the turn and the Chrinometron works "every phase." thanks!

No, it's an army wide ability. Neither the Cryptek nor the unit are rolling for "Lord of the Storm". Hell it doesn't require Imotekh to be on the board or alive even.

I love Imotekh, I think he is really quite the steal for his points cost. I wish his staff was more than a one use only, or that maybe it would revert to a normal staff of light after its one shot is used, but its still nice.
His night fighting is amazing, the lightning can be devestating with some luck, and the stealing initiative thing is super handy as well. I watched a game where he was used and on the first turn the necron player rolled 5-6 sixes on the lightning and did quite a bit of damage.
