Any of the Missiles on Razorwing/Void Raven
Time to share your opinion. I know this is going to be a tough call and probably heated debate, but given the point costs, effectiveness, and just ability to make your army playable what is your favorite weapon. Please note (I didn't include splinter rifles since they are out performed by Splinter Cannons. This is different from Blasters and Dark Lances since Blasters are assault which makes them very different from DL which are Heavy)

there is no best weapon in my opinion, all of the weapons perform better or worse in certain situations. it all depends on many factors including things like army style ect. This of course doesnt mean people cant have favs. i personally prefer blasters and heat lances in my armies because they are able to fire on the move and have shorter range which is how i like to play my dark eldar (up close and personal)
Can't argue with that. Love implosion missiles though... they tend to get a great reaction from marine players.
It's very difficult to say which one is the best. Some are more necessary than others, the dark lances for instance are very important to my army composition, since they're my main way of dealing with armor. However, I don't actually find them all that good; they've got quite short range for an AT weapon and they're only S8, though the lance rule is very nice. So just thinking about what is better, I would probably say the Splinter cannon. It can be fired differently depending on if you moved or not, it's cheap and it really dishes out a lot of shots. So the splinter cannon gets my vote, but like I said, we need a lot of our other weapons more than the splinter cannon.

yeah good points made. Obviously in any army you need both anti-infantry and anti-mech. So different weapons for different things. But considering the point cost, the amount of damage something can do, the range, and any special abilities about the weapon; Choose your favorite.
For me I love the liquifier gun. It's S4 and it has a 50% chance of wounding Ap3, AP2, or AP1 Space Marines and preventing them from being able to get a save. Plus as we all know templates are excellent against enemies in cover. (If you look at every other army this really is the best template). Considering you can get this on Haemonculus, Talos, Wracks, and Grots it is really playable.

My vote went also to the LG, just sweat for its points, sure it's unpredictable but just put two in one squad and the enemy is toast! Especially in 5th edition where Cover is DA BOMB!
Other weapon I feel that is under-appreciated: Haywire blaster. Oh, you brought a Land Raider, Dang almost always certain to glance it. Sadly more and more armies are ignoring shaken and stunned results but it is the most powerful weapon there is for suppression of AT.
Gonna have to go for the blaster. An 18" range assault lance? Yes please, with the range increase from the previous edition and the addition of trueborn, this weapon has really opened up the possibilities for DE players by giving us a 2nd place beside Heavy Support to get high lance saturation, not to mention freeing up our dedicated transport slots for venoms! SCs are in a VERY close 2nd, if only becuase they can't hurt tanks.
the razorwing missiles are really not that effective against tanks, they are fantastic against clustered infantry though.
yeah ditto on the tanks with missiles.
that ap- on the best missile we have at str 7 means -1 on damage table so very hard to do any real damage, i'm assuming that maybe your playing this incorrectly or were not aware of this rule.
