Place submuntitions over the guardian defenders with the support platform

Have Stealth Teams to deal with the Seer Council and they will start failing their Inv Armour Saves

If it is a Strike Force their lack of tanks will make Hammerheads difficult for them to take out, but watch out for Reapers and Vypers!

You cannot win, for to fight us is to give us power.

As a former Eldar Farseer I know that their biggest weakness is low toughness. All that speed and agility comes at a price. This means more successful wounds. Make them take enough saves and they will fail them. Missle Pods are good against Aspect Warriors, while Burst Cannons are good vs guardians. Yeah flamers and sub-munitions ROCK vs Eldar!!!

one more the, eldar gaurdians and and alot of their other units only have a save of 5+ that means no armour saves and t3 means 2+ to kill personally ia am currently looking for help against beil-tan scince their lack of easy kill gaurdians and other 5+ saves is making them hard to kill.

If you didn't know, he wants TAU tactics against eldar... and tau doesn't have any dreadnoughts or terminators

anyways, I'm an eldar player, and vs. guardians, it's submunition all the way... Against aspect warriors and seers, submunition or missile pods. however, don't blow off all your firepower at the seer council if he has fortune up (4+ invurnerable save that re-rolls, bad omens)

sub, unitions are light guns - rapid firing guns, not huge battle cannons/rail guns

Seelman is correct in this case, they're talking about the secondary fire mode of the hammerhead railgun I think. Though regular old pulse rifles should be very effective against eldar as well.
