i love eldar and have 4500 point os aliatoc and have looked in to the harliquins and cannot work out how they would not get shot to peices but any organised force
how would harliquins face up against (in 1000 points) 25 space marains and an assault cannon land speeder a predetor anialitor with heavy bolters and a forca comander organising ther fire with rites of battle? (thats 5 tactical squads all with heavy boltersand flamers)
or sister with small squads with heavy flamers and imloators?
ill get some more if you good people of the intemanet can show me how
by staying out of the way of anything shooting at them...
seriously, they have very good close combat units like the solitaire and great harlequin that will tear a hole through anything. maybe even a c'tan.
what you have to do is stop the enemy shooting at you at all costs, but up to a point the 4+ cover save will protect your troops. the advantage is that you can't target independant characters unless they are the closest target and the armylist is full of independant characters.
also harlequins have a wraithlord. the link to its rules is floating around somewhere on this forum but it is harder to kill than the standard eldar one. :shifty:
an uberer wraithlord
i is getin harlys
i is also getin a revenant titan
i diddnt know about the wraith lord they are getting more tempting
i m getting that titain too best ever forgeworld model
You mean fluff-wise? Because a wraithord with a str 10 ordnance weapon does not suck.

Said it wonce,. will say it again. Harlies ALWAYS had wraithlords. The old Harlequin Dreadnaught was in from version one. It is the 40k universe which has changed NOT the harlies.

Yes, I do mean fluff-wise. And Solitaire, where in the fluff does it have harlie Wraithlords? I don't set a lot of stock by a "from the beginning" approach; in the beginning harlies had LAND RAIDERS for crying out loud.
wherre can i fing the wraithlord rules
