Do adrenal glands count as +1 init and +1/2 atk, because in the codex example for lashers it puts adrenal gland twice, whist all other examples only give one set of adrenal glands and they still get the +1 atk and +1init

First off, You're not talking about Mutants but Mutable Genus. Two different things, do not mix them up!

    Mutations page 37

    Mutable Genus pages 38-40

Furthermore, I'm not sure what You mean? You do not get +1A from AdrG.

The Codex example of "Lasher" Warriors has both AdrG WS and I. The previous Warrior example, "Huntsman" has the same, both AdrG WS and I, resulting in equal WS and I stats for these two examples.

You need to pay separately for the AdrG WS and I.

If this was not the issue, clarify and I'll try to help more.
