Welcome to Librarium Online!
Anybody out dere go a flat out clan with all the clan rulez and such? I am starting my second WAAAGHH! and was thinking about dedicating it to a specific clan. Death skullz? Evil Sunz? Bad Moonz? Snake Bitez? Blood Axez? Goff?
"That is the sound of inevitability"
well i go speedies clan, my own custom make
only special rules are that all infantry have to have a transport. and i can take a second looted vehicle choice as long as its rhinos. thats about it for my clan, speed is the key for us...
Take my love, take my land, take me to where I cannot stand; I don't care I'm still free, you can't take the sky from me.

I am making a Goff clan for battles 1000 points and above so i need tog et a few more guys befor i start. I will be using most of the rules for them.
Well I have Deathskullz and a lot of looted stuff is heading this way, nearkly the entire army is converted including 1 very big dreadnought size Warboss.
Da Looty DeathSkullz! i like em even though i rarely use a "pure" Deathskullz army list. i just like the blue warpaint and feel that orks are natural looters in general. but i think that KoS or Deathskullz are the two best clans out there.
wWWwwAaaaAAgggGGGhHHHhhh!!!! = DeAth
I like snakebites and ferals for da crazy madboyz

I play pure defskull, KoS, and regular footslogger.
As far as choosing a clan, what do you like? Are you into bwagons? Looted weapons? tons of flash gitz? Orks wearing nasty camoflauge? Lots of Skarboyz?
All of the clan lists have their strengths and weaknesses. As you already have a standard list, take a look at them before jumping in, and go with the fluff that excites you the most.
I chose Defskull as I like converting models, and the looted options really provide a lot of opportunity. It's not necessarily the most effective army on the table (I think the regular old ork footslogger list is probably the best), but I have a lot of fun with it.
Whatever you choose, I would strongly recommend against creating your own clan rulesets, at least at this time. Maybe in 5 years or so when the next ork codex comes out they might provide doctrines for us, but until then you just run the risk of getting yourself into bad habits that won't be allowed in "official" tournements or gaming situations.
Pure Shooty Deathskulls here.
Best darn shooty ork army you will ever see.
I love my 36 Big Shoota (9 of which re-rollable) 13 Shoota on a Battlewagon with a Force Field, Mekboy with Grot riggers and Armor Plates. One pain in the bum tank to take out.
Can you say Ork Drive by's
hmmm, I'm rather new to the ork scene. so, do these clans have special rules, or do you just pick a list based off of the fluff of that particular clan. and if there are special rules, please tell me where I can find these rules, if not...well, nevermind then
yes there are special rules for the different ork clanz, they should be in UK WD 282 I believe, otherwise make a quick search through the ork forum, the exact WD number has been posted on more than one occasion.
