i plan on makin an all warp spider army wiv just warp spiders...can u guys give me s[ome tacics for warp spiders and a general overview on what stuff i should get for my 500 pt army
probably two squads tops, is what your allowed to do.
Use cover as your advantage, shoot and hide.
never assault the enemy, unless you know they are going to die.
( not like you can eve assault with rapid fire weapons)

If you do that have a farseer on a jet bike as your hq as then he can keep up with them and use guide and fortune on them hee hee also you will need some anti tank weapons!!!

Yeah, you will need some sort of anti-tank weapon. How about this.
A Farseer (because you do need an HQ, after all) mounted in a Waveserpent with a twin-linked anti-tank weapon (twin linked is the way to go). Other than that unit, which should be around 200 points, you can devote the rest of the 300 points to Warp Spiders, which should give you around a dozen or so spiders.
If you keep hopping around behind cover, you could really spank your opponent. But just remember, the Warp Spider's str. 6, Assault 2 weapon is decent, but has no AP value. This means you can't bypass armour saves and will have to "earn" every kill you make. Against powerarmoured opponents, you might feel some hurt.
That, or like Lazarus said, mount your Farseer on a Jetbike so he can keep up with the spiders, then make a Guardian squad (of 10 models or so, just so they can weather some incoming fire) with a brightlance your anti-tank option. Either way, you'll probably only be left with just north of 300 points to spend on Warp spiders.
sounds good an all warp spiders army. Ive always had a fancy for Warp Spiders..... dont noe why but ne way ye sounds good but you need a farseer or somfin like that and an anti- tank weaponry unit.
