I recently converted a squighound out of the Attack squig from the warboss model.
I've just undercoated it, and a though struck me: what the hell colour are they?
I've seen pictures of green ones to match the orks, but generally they look rubbish.
Bright, abstract colours look well on them, such as a bright blue or orange.

I made mine look like a dalmatian. White with black spots.
Dude ffej those were awesome, and the dalmation idea is cool too. Seriously just use your imagination, purple and green could be good colors too. Really i would make all of mine diffrent(if i made em'.

I actually have a slug living in YOU, right now...
Slowly will start playing: Iyanden, and Chaos.
My favourite is the one with the mohawk.
Ofcourse smae goes for the "attack squig" model that comes with the Horned Warboss. Or if you like pait it like an Ork. Dark dirty green skin or bright orange skin with purple polka-dots. It doesn't really matter.
I've found that scorpion green with a midnight blue wash over it is a very good color combination. The midnight blue really brings out the detail of the model without dulling the scorpion green too much. Yup...one of my favorite color combos is this one. (Y)
I hear voices...and they don't like you!
I did a purple squig. Liche purple over black primer, Black ink wash, purple highlights. Three coats of 'ard stuff to make it a lucky shiny squig.Originally posted by SlugEmpire@Mar 14 2005, 18:51
