Red is what you should buy.

    HQ
Warboss + Nobz retinue + 1 trukk (with rokkit launcha)

    ELITES
    8 Storm Boyz

    TROOPS
20 Grots (Warhammer goblins regiment box + whatever pistols you can scavenge) + Converted Slaver from a current slugga.
    25 Slugga's, including 3 Burna's + Nob w/Power Klaw & Bosspole
    25 Slugga's, including 3 Big shoota's + Nob w/Power Klaw & Bosspole
    10 Tankbusta's, including current Rokkit launcha + 2 more rokkit launcha's + Nob big horns & 3 Ammo Runts

    FAST ATTACK
    2 Buggies
    5 Bikes
9 Trukk Boyz inc. Burna + Nob w/Power Klaw. Trukk w/Rokkit launcha

    HEAVY SUPPORT
    Dreadnought
    Looted Leman Russ

This should give you a tournament-ish sized army. Deployment is simple - Fast attack on one flank (preferably on the side with his tanks or weak units on and behind cover). Footsloggers + Dreadnought + Leman Russ on the other flank. From the front of your deployment zone to the back you should grots spaced out, the 2 slugga boyz mobs with tankbusta's in-between em, followed by the Dread and Leman Russ. Your fast attack should be Bikes, buggies, trukks.

Battle plan is simple, surge forward as fast as possible. Your fast attack units should speed right up and you could probably take out tanks near the edge of his deployment zone in turn 1. 12" trukk move + 2" deploy + 6" move + 6" charge. The power klaws will make mincemeat of any tanks in the area, while your buggies and bikes should shift around and try to make as much of a distraction as possible. Snipe the rear armour of tanks with your buggies, concentrate fire with your bikes on small squads. They will hopefully spend at least 2 turns concentrating fire on your fast attack group. By then your footsloggers will almost be in charge range.

I don't think trukkboyz can move again after getting out of the trukk that has already moved. (besides charging)
