    MONOLITH...brrrrrr

 Dear fellow forum users

I strongly believe that the monolith is way underpriced for its points...

    1) its the hardest thing to destroy in all of 40k (perhaps wraithlord)

    2) Its cheaper than a landraider, and much harder to destroy as it has skimmer benifits, but doesnt suffer from the same penalties

    3) its has hugely powerful armament, hugely.... with ordance and......

    4)it teleports necrons

    5) and it also allows necrons to make 2 we'll be back rows in a row

Does anyone also believe that Monoliths are also too overpriced?

    bye for now...

    your statesments are all false.
1 its not the hardest thing to kill, it is hard yes.
    2. its a tank skimmer
3.front, side , rear armour 14 BS 14 ,points 235. how is that hugly its only the max some good units in 40k have this, and for its ord blast, it can only do it once if it didnt use its phase in or out and its 24" range
4 it can phase troops in or out, phasing in is 1 squad at a time and at the begining of his or her turn
5 no it doesnt thats the necron lords reserrction orb.

and its over priced for what it can do

A squad of wrightguards is enough to take out the Monolith.... if you use eldar of course. The Wrightguard is proberly the best unit for this purpose. Because it does an penetrating hit on a roll of 5 and 6, and therefor it could have 20 in armor for all I care...

Ive got no experience with the game ..but ive read alot of peoples opinions on it.. and ive not seen one person talking about the ungodly strength of Neocron armies. Which leads me to beleive that Monoliths are a nuiscance..but not unbalanced and they dont need changing.
