Does this take away the charging attacks from enemies that are putting attacks on the Lord or his squad he is with as well?
how i interpret it is the attacks ONLY against the lord not the entire squad (unfortunatly)
when I read it through, it looked like all the attacks against the squad...but i'll reread it and then get back to you...tomorrow
"You think you know fear? You haven't seen the relentless advance of death against you! You think you know pain? You haven't felt the liquid steel of the cyborgs' blade as they silently scream their pleasure in your face. It doesn't matter if you are human, orc, or any other mutated creature in this Universe; they killed us all once and they'll do it again. They want to do it again. Their number is Legion; their name is Death...who are we to get in their way?!"
Upon reading the entry, it seems if the attacking unit has any models striking at the Necron Lord then the entire unit loses their +1 attack charge bonus.
All enemy models in the same melee as the Lord or the unit the Lord is with, will suffer the -1 Ld though.
My mistake. Only models that strike the Lord lose the +1 attack.

And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
they have to charge the lord for gaze of flame to work
nope, the actual wording is "models belonging to units which charge into combat with the necron lord gain no bonus to their atacks for charging" thus if any model in the squad contacts the lord when they charge, the entire squad loses their extra attack.
