Hi guys. I have decided its time to show you all my ork warboss. Its still a Wip but its nearly finished. It was a major conversion for me as its the first time I have used greenstuff. The shoulders and neck are completely greenstuff. (So much for starting small!) I am very pleased with the way its turned out so any comments good or otherwise would be appricated.
I have found out from another source that orks don't have nipples so a file is coming out fairly sharpish.
I was really trying to get a really original warboss and not another gazzie rip off and I think I have succeed. He is a bit of a monster (thats a dreadnought base) but for a fat bad moon warboss I needed it.
Thats his favourite humie slave Moll by the way. Bonecrusha rules a slave world deep in ork space and has a few million humie slaves under his control. Some slave families are several generations in ork slavery and know no other life. Moll is from one of those families and will protect bonecrusha if she can. Use her as an attack squiq in games.
Thats my Wip Leman Russ......
Very interesting CC. Although the Snakebite player in me is shaking his head at the thought of those silly Bad Moon gitz and their flabby hides. ^_^
Good use of the Ogre body, by the way. I'd hard that they were a little too rotund for orks, but since your boss is supposed to be a fat little fatty mcfatface ( ) it's all good. My only suggestion is that you need to base that model! Your warboss and his slave look really out of place there all by their lonesome. Possibly add in some jewelery chains to tie the slave more to the boss? Or at least put some rocks and stuff down. All that blank space really distracts your eye from the model.
"Some days you're the Mekboy building the kannon, the rest you're the grot being blown up by it."

"Dis iz my choppa, and herez me gun. Dat's for killin' and so'z dis one!"

looks good, ChemCaveMan!
the paints nice, the model has a good feel to it. The one thing I think is a bit off (apart from the base needs doing, but i'm sure you'll see to that) is the varnish, or whatever you did to make it shine like that. It looks a little wet IMO...
Still, good model, I noticed you still used Gazza's head though! Its very unique, and sets off you fluff, which is what your boss model should do, good work!
Mmm... gratuitous boobs...
Nice, I like an imaginative warboss. I especially like the positioning of his klaw, looks very dynamic. Where did you get the girl?
No varnish on him yet, so I don't know why he looks shiney. Maybe its the flash.
Robotnik the girl is from the Dark Eldar Special Charactar Asbruchal (sp?) Vect.
Us Bad Moonz like our food so I don't see whats the problem with my warboss having a weight issue. Think of him as a 40k Jabba the Hut.
Yeah, its probably the flash, I never use it when taking close ups of minis!
In that case, there is nothing wrong with it! Good work!
P.S Bad Moons are fat, so your Warboss fits the fluff perfectly.
Nice warboss, awesome model haha he got orkse boobs!
like the ooman slave girl too
keep up the good work
nice use of the ogre body, and i agree with the others base him.
Men of Tanith do you want to live forever?

Jabba the Hut came to my mind straith away too.
