In Biel Tan, Aspect warriors are troop choises...... so what does this make guardian defenders? I ask because in Lyanden guardians are heavy support and i need to know whether I can fit guardians into my list or not.

Well, if you had "Codex: Craftworld Eldar" you'd know the answer to that question, seeing as it tells you. If you want to play the army, perhaps you should go and buy the relevant Codex?
All non-Aspect Warrior choices from Troops and Fast Attack are moved to Elites. All Aspect Warriors are moved into the troops section, other than Shining Spears and Swooping Hawks, who remain where they are.
Now go and get the codex!

You cannot win, for to fight us is to give us power.
He meant to say are moved from Troops and Fast Attack to Elites.
Everything I have told you, even this, is a lie.
