Oi, any input is appreciated. I just started collecting ya i know eldar is tough for newbs but hey i think they kick ass. besides space marines are boring, tau suck in cc, necrons although being the cheapest dont have any personality...literally. so here my idea for USF army. Feel free to reprimand my ignorance and im just going for a rough draft of an army.
2 guardian squads of sixteen each with warlock havent decided on powers
2 heavy weapon platforms -not sure what to arm them with maybe anti tank porb infantry since all my friends that are willing to play me collect tyranids
1 storm guardian squad of 16- maybe fusion guns for the big nids maybe flamers for the assault of little nids- 1 attached warlock with witchblade for character killer
4 dark reapers w/exarc -missle launcher fast shot
striking scorps- not sure how many but enough to kill some bugs
this is just to get me started tell me what you think. also i was wondering if vypers and jetbikes are worth the points

Personally I would get banshees over scorps, the dark reapers are great, seer councel can be really make your opponent angry(like me, my friend plays them and they are really really anoying), maybe put a star cannons in the guardian squads, and maybe get an avatar.
thanks very much and i like the banshees more than scoprs (honestly because the swords look cooler) but i was thinking scoprs would be beter against the nids wasnt sure though.
you should decide is your going to play normal eldar or a craft world. all your questions should be answered just by doing a lil browsing in the eldar section.
if you want a nice seer council and large squads of guardians, i'd say Ulthwe.
Actually with what you have on your list Ulthwe would work. Course you can only have 1 aspect warrior squad, not including Dark Reapers. With the warlocks, think about what to arm them with. As for powers, most people stick with conceal or enhance, destructor if you go the storm guardian flamer root. Eldar are really flexible, looks like your off to a decent start. Definite read the tactica's... give you some pointers i think you need.
40K-Beakies(9-14-4),Guard(4-7-2),Orks(34-12-11). FANTASY-Dwarves(15-6-7),Beasts (14-14-1), Skaven (17-17-10) DoC (6-1-2). CYGNAR (28-15-1)
Looks like a pretty good list but I'd add in a vyper or 2 and yes scorps are better against nids. To answer your question about the jetbikes i think they suck.
Good lucky with your Eldar
scorps are better vs. nids. (more Attacks) Fire dragons and falcons as well as vypers with bright lance are good vs. TMC. USF is like the hardest eldar to use because of few aspect warroirs
Hey id go maybe a wraithlord and check out wraithguard they can instant death big tyranid, if u have the money get a squad and throw them in a wave serpent. scatter lasers and starcannons work well with s6. good. luck anyway
USF can't take wraiths
By your post it looks like your expecting to play tyranids alot, Is this just a thing you thought of fighting against, or a frequent opponant?

frequent opponent two friends collect the 'nids... but my bro goes chaos, so i have to make an army list on a budget that can be effective against both
