Welcome to Librarium Online!
I've recently written a tutorial and while searching a bit around just found out that Tonya Tau recently has come to a very similar solution. So I reactivated my old account (haven't seen this place here for a while ) and thought I should share this with You guys.
It's mainly about converting attached Gun Drones on a Hammerhead, but when solving this problem I also took care of keeping the 'head exchangeable for a 'fish.
I added a lot of pictures, so that You can use this should the English translation not suffice
You can find it here: www.posaz.de (Conversion Corner).
Tell me what You think of it (grammar/spelling/wording corrections would be appreciated).

Pretty good and informative article. Very good translation btw!

Very helpful. Nice work Void. The pics help a ton, and you've helped with a delema ive had concerning using Gun Drones on a Hammerhead.
I would suggest though, if someone does do that, make double sure the new 2ndary weapon magnets are symetric, so that both barrels stick out just are far.
Thanks for Your nice comments
I also first thought it would look asymetric.
But as I used Nails (with a slightly dome-shaped head) instead of second magnets, they will never end up in the same position twice, when I stick them to the magnets. A second magnet of course would react differently and center itself firmly on the first one.
Also, because of them being situated below the hammerhead, one would not recognise them being asymetric (especially as the can point in different directions and thus would be harder to compare)
So I figured positioning them exactly wouldn't make too much of a difference.
But of course, exact positions would be better.
For example one could count the panels that should lie in between the hole and the front of the hammerhead.
that should make it a lot easier.
I thought about using magnets and such to make things adjustable, but I'm too lazy and would rather spend money on more models than magnets and special glue.
Nice job though, it makes the 'head look really cool.
Liar, you speak fine English! (better than some all-Americans I know)
