Hey everybody, I'm just about to paint my first devilfish. The only things I've painted before are infantry: 2 dozen fire warriors and a handful of SMs from a painting kit.
I've got a tank brush and a few other small ones. I'm using the red and orange color scheme on page 48 of the codex, and I'd like to wind up with something vaguely similar to that fish. Or maybe just something that looks decent, if that's too hard for a beginner.

well, i am pretty sure this is posted in the wrong forum but... i just wanted to let you know something. I am almost positive that that guy used an airbrush for the red streaks on the fish. I do not believe a brush would work. Anyway, post this in the painting forum if you havn't already.
pasta mixed with a little death is a nummy treat for you and me!
Codex says they used stippleing or whatever. Read it and find out or search it up on Google or some other search engine...
