Woutie has been having trouble with necrons, recently beat them and now his opponent is switching tactics.
I'm guessing he now has more than those 4 destroyers as otherwise he couldn't split them, must have a t least six as they have minimum squad size of 3. OK thats fine, its not just the destroyers you need to think about there are several options open to you if he is just splitting the destroyers to wither side and leaving everything else in the middle, thats great, use your bikes against 1 flank then take your wyches and HQ into his main force in the centre concentrating all your mellee might against that, whilst that fight goes on send the squad of warriors closest to the remaining destroyer squad after them to tie them up.
If hes splitting his forces into two fire blocks instead then slightly more delicate tactics are called for, but if you give me a little more info on what you mean by splitting his destroyers up I will help you with a tactic to beat it with what you have. If you don't know anymore I'll jsut expound on how to take out various split deployment tactics using a foot based web list.
I don't see what the problem is. When I ran my Necron Army I would have 15 destroyers total in a 2000 point game. On average, each destroyer squad should be able to totally annihilate just about any single DE unit. However, the DE should be able to either respond very quickly into HTH or just shoot the crap out of the destroyers with Dark Lances.
The toughest armies for DE to play against are a Necron Army that is warrior heavy and standard Space Marines with just assault, tactical, and Vet. Squads. 3+ or better save troops are the bane of the dark eldar.
I disagree Sevenout 3+ save armies are simple lambs to the slaughter, certainly for my style of play. The more power armour you pack the better, I have an agoniser in almost every squad so I'll just eat you in close combat I have blasters and lances and high output weapons that make you take saves til you fail (Splinter cannons). Thats before I start to crank out the HQ with the punishers.
I agree with K. Why? Disintegartors solve everything (orks, marines, eldar, tau, nids, guard, chaos. . . . . yep, everything).
The more power armour, the better, because the less units you have and the more expensive each unit is.
"And whoever wants to be a creator in good and evil, must first be an annihilator and break values. Thus the highest evil belongs to the greatest goodness: but this is--being creative."

well i don't have the weapons to take those destroyer out from a distance, i only got blasters, (and splintercannons have no use because i always have bad luck with trowing a D6). My lord can play with his troops, so one problem less, but the destroyers really vaporize everything. (even my lord+incubi)
And he puts his destroyers just 2" out of my range to fire, and I really hate that
