force fields make vehicles count as hull down according to the codex, which means pen. hits are downgraded to glances, according to 3rd ed. But in 4th there is no hull down but instead there is obscured, which means on a 4+ it's a glance. so which is it? Both sides could be argued. Anyone have an opinion on this?
The meat things seek to destroy ourselves. They hunt us as we hunt them but they are weak and uncertain. Bring them understanding of the power of ourselves through our strength and their fear. The inferior flesh will be entirely destroyed, all fragments will be smashed. Ourselves will fight to the last, all weak flesh must be consumed

Does that mean it gives concealment or gives the ability to roll for concealment?

Concealment means that you are obscured, i.e. that you can downgrade penetrating hits to glancing hits on a roll of 4+, the "hull down" rule no longer exist in 4th ed.Originally Posted by KingBurriss
