Three of the mightiest swarms in whichever galaxy they occupy...
Who would win tyrnids with their Fex, Aliens with acid blood/Queen...Zerg wiht um...ah Ultralisk.
I going for ALIENS, why because in every movie they referred to the ultimate organisms. Sure tyranids can try to digest them but they would succede thanks to acid blood. Just think of a facehugger latching onto some ultramarines-there superhumans, or an Orgyn-their somehting...

My vote is still nids. As said in the Aliens vs Nids one, I doubt Aliens have anything that could take down a bio-titan.
40K armies: Tyranids (2001), Space Wolves (2008), Sisters of Battle (2011)
Current Rep: 1337
zerg are nids in just about every aspect.
come on how much closer do you need?
I love fielding 10,000 points per-player. DECOS all the way baby.
Nurgle Demonic Legion: 19W-3L-5T.
Tyranid All Shooty List: 10W-5L-6T
Is it too much when you can field 20k in fantasy?
I still vote for the 'Nids, however, this is getting kinda silly. I would like to see it mind you, maybe in an expansion for the Epic scale video game they released years ago, Final Liberation(?).

Anyway Zerg would kill tyranids....BOO YEAH!
As big a fan of 40k as I am; I'm still a bigger fan of A L I E N S. However, in the end, my vote goes to the United States Colonial Marine's. Hicks (Who did NOT die, despite what that diahrreaic crap that was called ALIEN3 would have you believe) could take on any alien ever made.
As much as I agree with you about the Colonial Marines being able to kick the posterior protuberances of any SMurf, (and I MIGHT, just maybe, grant you they could take out the 'Nids, MAYBE), how on Earth can you say he didn't die in 3. Or, are have you decided that 3 didn't happen choose to ignore it? I personally believe that Hudson made it out alive. And Vasquez was just to mean to be taken out by a hand grenade.

i think the zerg have a powerful weapon here - actually USEFUL flyers (yes, even those little explodey things... id like to see a harridan survive some of that)
not to mention those barbed tentacle buildings (oooh i havent played that game in so long)
each race has its pros and conds (nids are adaptable, lots of big bugs and guns to play with though they are reliant on synapse, zerg have air superiority and stuff like lurkers - dangerous to stand near. although the zerg need to build on creep so are easily discovered, and lack any sort of adaptability for each unit, and the aliens breed fast (given organisms to breed with/on) and are each individually a super fast combat machine, but struggle to breed without facehuggers or organisms to hug. and they lack any BIG critters bar the queens, who are rare as far as i know)
i dont think it would be possible to say who would win - except for the people that made them in the first place making some serious $$$.
its just a shame the protoss cant come along and wipe the eldar off the face of the universe... reavers and dragoons rocked...
Apathy is its own reward...
My take on the 3 way would go a-little something a-like a-this:
3rd: Aliens. They lack numbers/space travel/long range weapons. In close quarters fighting (caves/buildings) they are far superior to both Tyranids and Zerg. They fight in 3 dimensions, using the walls to their advantage and their own acid blod. In the open or over a planet being contested by the three, they would be the first out.
2nd: Tyranids. I'll explain below
1st: Zerg. I know, I know, how dare I side with Blizzard. Hear me out though. Both Nids and Zerg have plenty of troops, and the ability to create/spore pod more into the planet. The Zerg have a huge advantade over the Nids. Going strictly by the rules and available Starcraft units, the Zerg have one thing the Nids lack: Transports. The Zerg can bring reinforcements to battles much more quickly than the Nids could. That alone would tip battles in favor of the Zerg (since the two are pretty identical otherwise), and if they win enough battles they'll beat/consume the Tyranids.
Gyauayuayuayua! Ja! Ve vill crush da little girly men in deir little girl men awrmor! Ve vill see owur enemies driven befowur us, und hear da lahmentaytions of deir wemen. Und from owur home planet, de stayte uf Califowurnia, ve vill lawunch owur mighty offensive. Even if you kill us, ve'll be bach!! Gyauayauyauyauyau!

I aggree that on an open field, aliens would not really stand a chance but I disaggree with the zerg-nid thing.Originally Posted by Gojiratoho
Just from what SC/BW has now, I would say that the Nids would win, mainly due to their larger bugs. I don't mean carnifexes, I mean Heirophants and Heirodules. Zerg has Nothing that even comes close to the size of these bio-constructs. I suppose that enough scourges will bring them down but not before they(hieros) do alot of damage.

Dreams give us a vision of a world unlike any we have seen. They present us with a glimpse of a better life; a goal to aspire to, and in the face of insurmountable odds, they provide us with the power to overcome, to live on, and to succeed where we would have otherwise failed.
