Welcome to Librarium Online!
I already have Howling Banshees (9+Exarch), Fire Dragons (6+Exarch) and Shining Spears (3 an old girlfriend got them for me a while ago). I need to decide which Aspect I should get next. I'm tempted to finish off my Shining Spear Squad but would rather not.
My overall strategy isn't water tight but I tend to advance my Howling Banshees, Guardians and Wraithlords into CC. I think an infiltrating Striking Scorpion squad would be useful but I also like the idea of having some Dark Reapers or even some Warp Spiders. Help!
"They say the Darkness consumes you. They don't say what happens after It's done."
Well, between the Dragons and Banshees, you have enougb Marine-busting power there, so I'd recommend Warp Spiders. They're dead cool, and their guns can take out hordes of infantry and light vehicles with their awsome guns. Although they have short range, their "Jump Packs" allow them to close the distance exceptionally quickly.
You cannot win, for to fight us is to give us power.
Definitely go for striking scorpions.
You need the second type of CC troops
DO NOT buy more shining spears, unless you're patient enough to wait for the next eldar codex.
You have just recieved the Amish Computer Virus. Since the Amish don't have computers, it is based on the honor system. So please delete all the files from your computer. Thank you for you cooperation.

Warp spiders are one of the most amazing troops the eldar have. Since 4th edition I have been using them in almost every army and a squad of 9 + exarch with hit and run has *never* let me down.. If you're a good player they can devestate any type of unit in the game
They are the only aspect warrior which is versatile..
Warp Spiders are sweet, i use them all the time in my Ulthwé army... great for a multitude of roles, since i can only have as many aspect warrior squads as guardian squads i feel like using versitale aspect warriors = spiders.
Warhammer Fantasy: Warriors of Chaos, High Elves
Warhammer 40k: Eldar, Space Marines, Orks
If you have no Dark Reapers buy 2 blister packs. Every Eldar player should have at least 3-4 Dark Reapers, that way you have the option to field them if you choose. I love Warp Spiders as they are generally overlooked by opponents, and they have to potential to be devestating on a terrain filled board.
