that begs the question from my brain
what are the difference between
and normal 'vanilla' orks?
Ghazghkull Thraka is defintely a product of undustrialized ork culture. He is the foremost warlord of the Goff klan, and this places a de-emphasis on the tribal structure favored by feral orks. His personal retinue are Goff Orks, and as such are very away from the feral ork ideal. I am sure that many feral ork tribes march under his banner, but he would not personally lead such a force.
Codex Orks (also known as footsloggers or vanilla orks): the base, troop choices are primarily slugga boyz and shoota boyz, lead by warboss, WS 4 BS 2
Speed Freeks (from codex armageddon): Troop choices are warbikes and trukk boyz, so basically the fast attack from the codex: orks list. Can be lead by either a warboss or a big mek.
Feral Orks (from The Book of the Astronomicon): similar to orks except that they have ws 3 bs 3. Lack much of the heavy mechanization of orks, instead relying on Squiggoths and Boarboyz.
the Feral Orks are just basicly Orks that were "born" (hatched, grown, whatever) in some remote region of a planet where they didnt have acsess to equipment and tool that other Orks have (shoots [they use bows], and other things like Trukks [junkatruk, much crapier version of a WarTruk])
Therefor Not many orks would no about them, and and Big G probaly wouldnt want anything to do wit hthem... if he even knew they were there
