    Does the Barbed Strangler Scatter?

Self explanatory. I was wondering if the barbed strangler scatters normally like other ordnance weapons.

It uses a large blast template, thats it.

    Barbed strangler is NOT Ordnance.
As of Tyranid 5th Ed. codex I have the Gaunts I wanted. I did, however, loose the sniperfexs I relied upon and they were more important then the gaunts.

So, to paraphrase, no, it does not scatter. Sucks don't it?

They summed it up but I'll just add to it

    1) You need to roll to hit, unlike ordnance which auto-hits!
    2) It does not scatter so you decide where it lands and that's where it lands
    3) It can cause pinning! don't forget that!
