Welcome to Librarium Online!
Although i have been playing nids for almost a year now, i still have yet to really "model" them. I have no clue were i can get green stuff, im not sure how to pin hive tyrant wings onto the tyrant, this death leaper sounds a mystery to me, and winged warriors are also a challenge. My question to you is, could you please explain some of these things to me, or better yet give me some links that will help me in my search to really customize my fleet. Thanks to all of you who help me.

Unfortunately, I am not a master converter. I would suggest going down to your local GW and talking to some of the gamers, (I would NOT suggest talking to the GW red shirts as I ahve found very few of them to know what they are talking about). I would also suggest finding a pin vice, (if you don't know it is a small hand drill, kinda like a precision screw driver with drill bits), it is a MUST for pinning things.

I still need a name for him.....and his Chapter.....but he has a combi weapon and a Power Chain
You can get Green Stuff in most places that sell GW miniatures, or failing that you can order it on the web or get it in bulk on eBay. As to putting wings on a tyrant, what I did for mine was take some mylar (transparency, like you'd use for an overhead projector), cut out bug wings, draw veins on them with a permanent marker, then take green stuff and make the two "bones" along the top and bottom edges out to about halfway down the wing. Also a lump of green stuff for the "joint" where the wing joins to the Tyrant's back. I've seen some people even take actual dragonfly wings and stuff and glue them onto their Tyrant.
Putting wings on Warriors should work about the same way. I recommend using 4 wings instead of 2 otherwise people will start giggling and saying they're bumblebees. :p Come to think of it, my tyrant has 4 wings as well. Look up some images of insects on the web to get a feel for what the wings could look like -- different types of bugs have vastly different types of wings.
Never heard of a Death Leaper... are you talking about a flying tyrant?
If you want to go the easy route and put Chaos demon or dragon wings on your tyrant, you're going to have to file down a notch in your HT's carapace to stick the wings into and then superglue and/or green-stuff them together. Keep in mind you don't want to use pure green stuff for large things like that because even after it's dry it's a bit flexible so your wings will droop. You could also use pins or magnets; I've never used pins, but check www.amazingmagnets.com for some great rare-earth magnets. These things are so strong that the smallest kind (size of a pinhead more or less) can pick up a pair of pliers.
For greenstuff, simply use GW mail order if you can't get hold of it.
Take a look here, I find the models are painted ugly, but they give modelling ideas.

Death Leaper was an extra special character featured on GW UK as a conversion kit. Here's the link.
Also check out the strangleweb and spike rifle entries on the UK page for more customization idears.
Using GW bitz for wings can get spendy. This is alright for a Tyrant, but a squad of warriors means a lot of bitz. GW has a featured conversion now in the US spotlight, and you can check that page to find out what wings they recommend.
I agree totally with the poster who said get a pin vise. Most important tool for conversions, especially if you're working with metal. I find a pair of needle-nose pliers are handy. You can use them to precisely pinch off unwanted bits or you can wrap them with gauze and tape so you can bend arms or legs without crushing details.
I haven't done much in the way of conversions on my small 'nid army because the new plastics are pretty dang customizable right out of the box.
thanks alot! I thought no one really cared, but anyways i was thinking about the dark elf dragon wings for my tyrant (12 dollars for the pair) and dark pegasus wings for my wariors(also 12 dollars for the pair). But anywho the article they did on the death leaper wasnt too informative. I read about some pinning here and there, and some green stuff, but the dont exactly show you what to do. Im wanting to make one(just for fun) but the article isnt too great. Does anyone have better advice?

There's online guides on GS, if you search hard enough. I used to have a link, but it got lost.
Dreams give us a vision of a world unlike any we have seen. They present us with a glimpse of a better life; a goal to aspire to, and in the face of insurmountable odds, they provide us with the power to overcome, to live on, and to succeed where we would have otherwise failed.
